Price fairness
01
The European Fee Council
02
Codex Committee
The European Fee Council has convened the German Fee Council (Deutscher Vergütungsrat) and has supported its foundation and still accompanied its further development in organizational terms.
03
Europe-wide
The European Fee Council will convene further fee councils in the countries of the European Union.
04
Establish
Under the premise of the Fee Codex, the European Fee Council will establish a new appreciation of trust and negotiation. Together with hundreds of companies, law firms, tax consultants, and numerous other members, the EFC will further develop new processes to promote transparency and best practices for fee policies.

How it Works
The Approach
To demonstrate the observance of the Fee Codex, professionals are invited to have themselves certified as „compliant with the Codex“.
The Basis
Fee Codex
The relevant Fee Codex – for each member state in the European Union an individual Codex – will contain principles, ethics and best practice examples and processes in order to provide pricing transparency, sustainability and fairness for all market participants in the relevant member state.

Development
Growing Conditions
Growing Conditions
Currently, the Fee Seal will be shown in a basis certification process. In the near future, the Fee Seal will be divided in different categories of transparency (such as stock market segments already do).

European Fee Council
The European Fee Council is the umbrella organisation in Europe for price transparency in the field of professional advice (lawyers, auditors, tax consultants etc.).
